Sometimes I have 10 or 12 calls a day. I try to avoid lunch and dinner, but sometimes I can’t. Also, a lot of these places, if you want to avoid getting in everyone’s way, you need to fetch a key from the kitchen manager and show up at some ungodly early hour. Which isn’t my favorite thing to do.
Why didn’t they have you come in BEFORE service? Just saying…

Pull the plug. Start over. I’ve done it that way a few times and I wish the real solution had been melted away with my own hot air.
More often, that was the real problem.
